- Account data: name, email address, password (hashed)
- Billing data: invoices, payment method details (processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers)
- Usage data: desktop session start/stop times, duration, associated product and pricing plan
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and usage analytics (only with your consent)
3. How We Use Your Data
- To create and manage your account
- To provision and bill for desktop sessions
- To send invoices and transactional emails
- To improve platform performance and user experience (analytics — consent required)
4. Legal Basis for Processing
- Contract: account management, session provisioning, and billing
- Legitimate interests: platform security and fraud prevention
- Consent: analytics cookies (Google Analytics) — you may withdraw at any time via the cookie banner
5. Third-Party Services
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to card data.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — cloud infrastructure (EC2, SES). Data is hosted within AWS regions.
- Google Analytics — usage analytics, only active with your consent.
6. Data Retention
Account and billing records are retained for as long as your account is active and for a minimum of 7 years thereafter for legal and tax compliance. Session logs are retained for 12 months. Analytics data follows Google's standard retention settings.
